POLICE are looking to speak with anyone who may have seen an incident in King George V park on the evening of Tuesday 6th April at 5pm.
Police say, “A young boy was cycling from the skate park toward the Adventure Centre when an older teenager is alleged to have threatened him and tried to take his bicycle.”
Acting Sergeant Callum Davis added, “This was a seemingly random and unprovoked incident. Fortunately the quick-thinking boy was able to cycle away without any injury.”
Anybody with any information is asked to call 101 and ask for it to be passed to Team 2 CPT.
