LOCAL recruitment company, New Resource Recruitment, has given Melksham Community Free Dining a helping hand for their Christmas Day plans.
“At New Resource Recruitment we are extremely passionate about supporting our local community and non-profitable charities who would really benefit from our support,” said a spokesperson for New Resource Recruitment.
“This Christmas we are delighted to be providing Melksham Community Free Dining with financial support to provide all their diners with a Christmas lunch on Christmas Day.
“We are proud to be working with Melksham Community Free Dining who are a non-profit charitable organisation, established specifically to encourage people to enjoy being together after being isolated during the Covid- 19 pandemic.
“The organisation is especially reaching out to those who feel isolated, vulnerable, perhaps wanting to socialise again or may feel nervous about taking that first step forward.”
Melksham Community Free Dining is offering the free Christmas Day meal alongside its usual free of charge two-course lunch which is offered every Wednesday at Bowerhill Village Hall, with an option to stay after the meal and join in with social activities in an informal, relaxed and safe environment.
