SCOTT’S Gym in Melksham is celebrating 33 “wonderful and rewarding” years in business, first opening in 1984.
The gym offers a range of facilities including; a gym, sauna with cold water plunge pool, sunbeds, treatment room and refreshment bar, all topped off with ample parking for visitors.
Dave and Tina Scott, owners of the gym said, “We would like to thank all of those who have used our facilities over the years past and present, for without them we would not be here today and we would not have the warm, friendly and fun atmosphere that we cherish.”
The site hosts an extensively equipped gymnasium with complete training and exercise facilities, catering for both men and women of all ages and requirements. It provides free weights, machines and CV equipment. They can also offer personalised training programmes or one-to-one training sessions should you desire.
You can make the most of all these facilities for as little as £30 per month including no induction fee. Non-members are also welcome to come and use the facilities available.
Recently, a newly refurbished treatment room is available where the aim is to help nurture a greater sense of well-being through holistic approaches to health and beauty. On offer is a full range of beauty treatments using organic skin care from Neals Yard Remedies. Also, nail care products from “Jessica” delivering treatments that naturally enhance and care for your nails. Also, arriving soon, is an exciting range of ladies casual clothing.
The gym will be opening at 6am, Monday to Friday from 20th November for those early birds who wish to exercise before starting work for the day.
