LOCAL kitchen company, Chilli Kitchens, have opened a new showroom on the Intercity Trading Estate in Bath Road.
The family-owned business has earned a reputation for delivering stylish kitchens to suit every taste and budget and the new showroom showcases a diverse range of kitchens and appliances.
“Whether you’re a cooking enthusiast looking for a space that inspires culinary creativity or a family in search of a practical and stylish kitchen, we can help,” said managing director Simon Sparkes.
“We believe that a well-designed kitchen is the heart of every home, and it should be both functional and beautiful. Our aim is to make quality kitchens accessible to everyone to a budget agreed at the design stage.
“All of our kitchens are made in the UK, mainly in South Wales and Somerset, with more bespoke pieces made here in Melksham.
“Cabinets can be made to customer’s specifications so we don’t rely on ‘standard sizes’. Doors can be made in any size and colour and to suit all budgets.
Hub of the house!
“Investing in a new kitchen is one of the biggest decisions anyone can make, after buying their house. A kitchen needs to be right for you, fit the space well, be efficient and easy to use. It’s become a place to socialise with your friends, a place for children to do their homework and the hub of the house!
“Our advice is don’t rush and don’t be pressured into making quick decisions, take your time and ask your friends for recommendations. It’s fantastic that most of our enquiries are recommendations from past customers, as customer service and quality is key for us.
“Keep things simple and go for lots of storage, functionality and trusted appliance brands – like Bosch, Neff, Siemens and Quooker Hot Water Taps – and a design that makes it enjoyable to cook in your kitchen every day.”
Increased range
Chilli Kitchens was formed in 2010 and outgrew their first home at Bowerhill, moving to Intercity to increase the range of kitchens on display.
“We are a friendly team with years of hard work, experience and dedication behind us,” added Simon. “We pride ourselves with the ability to plan, design, visualise, install and complete the kitchen you really want and we have lots of genuine customer testimonials to back it up.
“This year bold colours – dark greens, inky blues and dark pinks – are proving fashionable. Exposed horizontal wine racks with lighting and warming drawers and Bora inducted hobs are all on-trend. Dekton urban style, compact worktops and brightly coloured glass splashbacks are very common. And now we’re socialising more at home pantries and cocktail cabinets are all the rage!
“Ultimately, though, it is all about the client and what they want from their kitchen. We can guide and suggest ideas but our job is to listen and make the experience fun, easy to understand and keep within the customer’s budget.”
