Tony said, “When Alan retired in 2007, I decided that the key to future success was looking after our customers. Double glazing salesman haven’t always had the best reputation; hard selling the product and then leaving the customer to it was not the approach I wanted the company to be associated with. We have made sure that our attention is with the customer, what they need and how best to help them. Joining Checkatrade last year has enabled prospective customers to see the evidence that we are a company recommended and trusted by our many satisfied customers.

“Then there’s the staff. We have a relatively small team, most of whom have  trained in-house and progressed through the company. Our staff and installation team all live locally, so we know the area well, and are keen to provide a helpful and efficient service. They are also on hand to offer advice and guidance, taking note of the customer’s requirements and ideas.

“Our range of products and services has increased. As well as windows, doors and conservatories, we supply and install garden rooms, orangeries, garage doors and car ports. We also install roofing, fascias and guttering.
