Working in partnership with physical activity provider Innov8 Sportz CIC, Wiltshire Council is expanding its Seated Sports programme across the county with the latest session starting in Seend later this month.
Seated Sports is an adapted sports programme for older people or individuals with a mobility issue. All sports and activities take place from a sitting position, allowing participants to take part in a low intensity, highly enjoyable form of physical activity.
The first session will take place on Monday 21st January, 10am – 11am, £3 per session, at Seend Community Centre, Rusty Lane, SN12 6HS
