A NEW camera club in Melksham, which was launched this month, saw a turn out of 25 people, and more interested in joining.
The first meeting of the Queensway Camera Club, on Thursday 13th September, included a talk on different types of cameras and their image sensor sizes. There was then a practical session looking at the problems of photographing people and the lens distortion that can occur.
There was coffee and homemade biscuits available, with most people signing up with interest to receiving club news via email.
The next meeting is on Thursday 11th October. If you would like to join the camera club visit www.queenswaycameraclub.org.uk. For any questions, you can email Martin and David at info@queenswaycamera club.org.uk.
