THE third annual Forest Fest, raising money for good causes at The Forester Arms, returns on Sunday 10th August from 2pm.
Join Bev, Nick and the team for a day of family fun including a bouncy castle, face painting, cider tent and live entertainment raising money for PTSD Resolution, Veterans United Against Suicide and Wiltshire Air Ambulance.
Bev Dempsey at The Foresters Arms said, “We have a lot of people who drink here at the pub who are military or ex-military, so we wanted to honour them and choose military charities to raise money for.
“This is the third year we have run this event, previously raising money for The Firefighters Charity and BLESMA. We have eight bands playing for us from 2pm-12.30am on a 40ft trailer in the car park until 8pm, where afterwards it will move inside until closing time.
“There will also be a hog roast and a barbecue for all to enjoy, whilst raising money for good causes.”
The live entertainment includes music from Ryan Webb, The Ray Jones Band, Alan & D-ACRY, Terry Rowland/Gin + Tonic, Plan of Action and more, as well as two DJs.
