STAND-UP comedian and actor, Jimeoin brings his ‘Ridiculous’ tour to Melksham Assembly Hall on 29th October and tickets are already selling fast.
Having left his native Northern Irish town of Portstewart and settling in Australia over a decade ago, Jimeoin’s disarmingly relaxed, cheeky and sometimes surreal sense of humour has led to him performing sell-out tours to record-breaking audiences across the length and breadth of his adopted homeland.
“We’re really excited about Jimeoin coming to Melksham,” said Assembly Hall manager, Tim Cross. “It’s testament to the hard work of the staff at the Assembly Hall who are always trying to get big names here to perform and Jimeoin is another name to add to the long list of quality acts we’ve had.
“Tickets are selling well and we hope people will support the event because otherwise we can’t attract the big names.
“Admired and loved for his brilliant wit and razor-sharp take on the absurdities of everyday life, Jimeoin’s career keeps going from strength to strength. Don’t miss an opportunity to see this man perform live right here in Melksham!”
‘Classic nonsense… stand-up comedy at its best’ – The Scotsman. ‘Comedy of the highest order’ – London Evening Standard. ‘Comic genius’ – Edinburgh Evening News. ‘Hilarious… It gets no better than this… Brilliant!’ – Time Out.
Tickets are £16.50 and are available now from the Assembly Hall 01225 709887 or online at www.ticketsource.co.uk/date/374761.
