Wiltshire Mind is a very local mental health charity working across Wiltshire.
They say, “We are a self-funding charity and do not receive any funding from national Mind or from the statutory authorities in Wiltshire. To help us provide services we have some volunteers. We are currently seeking volunteers, if you have a few hours which you would like to fill, please consider giving your time to Wiltshire Mind.
“Wiltshire Mind runs 7 peer support groups in Wiltshire (Melksham, Trowbridge, Salisbury, Devizes, Malmesbury, Chippenham, Tidworth), a carers group of those with mental health issues group, an evening group (for those in work), provides 1-1 counselling, Polish counselling, young people’s counselling and mental health awareness training for businesses and has a charity shop in Melksham. We are currently seeking volunteers in particular for our Malmesbury and Devizes groups and also at our charity shop in Melksham.
