WANSBROUGHS are pleased to announce they promoted three solicitors in their law firm.

Josh joined Wansbroughs as a trainee solicitor in 2013 and has particular expertise in assisting both businesses and individuals on a range of disputes. His practice includes property disputes such as Landlord & Tenant issues, restrictive covenant breaches and property ownership disputes. He also advises on contract disputes, professional negligence claims and debt recovery.
In addition, Emma joined Wansbroughs in 2018 and advises clients on a wide range of commercial, corporate and employment matters. She has gained considerable experience in drafting, advising and negotiating commercial contracts for the provision of goods and services. Furthermore, she is experienced with employment contracts, staff handbooks and settlement agreements.
Matthew also joined Wansbroughs in 2018 and is well equipped to advise on a full range of private family law matters. He has a particular interest in dealing with the financial aspects following divorce and complex child arrangement disputes. His experience includes advising and obtaining settlements involving complex asset structures such as trusts, business assets and significant pension benefits.
The Partners are proud to have such talent working at Wansbroughs and wish them much continued success in their new roles. They are delighted to be able to acknowledge their hard work especially after this challenging year with the pandemic.
