Young Melksham has announced the return of the You Choose! small grants scheme, in partnership with the Melksham Local Youth Network and Area Board.
The scheme provides the opportunity for groups and organisations to apply for funding of up to £500 to support projects that benefit children and young people in the Melksham community area.
Successful applications will be asked to present their project at the Melksham Young People’s Awards on 2nd December where the audience on the night will have the voting power to vote for projects as a community for the community.
Chair of Young Melksham, Jon Hubbard said, “We had some excellent and innovative projects that we were able to fund last year and we hope to be able to support groups again this year through the You Choose! scheme.”
