EIGHT-year-old Kacie-Alicia Mackenzie has donated her hair to the Little Princess Trust, to help children who have been diagnosed with cancer.
Laura Mackenzie, Kacie-Alicia’s mother said, “She has always had a big heart, very caring and always tries to help other people. Even at the age of eight she shows a tremendous amount of empathy. She is always helping children at school who have extra needs and always thinking of others. This means a lot to me as not only am I very proud of Kacie to show such care and thoughtfulness, but it may encourage other little girls to donate their hair too.”
The Little Princess Trust provides real hair wigs to children and young people with hair loss, and funds vital research into childhood cancer.
