HALLOWEEN was celebrated in Melksham with its annual ‘Monster Ball’ which took place on Saturday 27th October.
Organiser Bruce Burry said, “For the third year, people from Melksham and the surrounding areas came to party at Melksham’s largest Halloween event, The Monster Ball, at the Melksham Assembly Hall.
“The children were entertained by magician Shawn and his Bish Bash Bosh magic show and the adults later enjoyed a Pink tribute show by the talented Zoe Alexandra followed by a disco.
“The high standard of costumes in the fancy dress competitions made it very hard for judge, the Mayor of Melksham, Adrienne Westbrook, to pick winners. It was great to see the effort both adults and children had made for this annual event.
“I would like to thank the Melksham Music Festival committee and volunteers for their help and hard work in putting The Monster Ball together and on behalf of the committee we would like to thank everyone who came, for their support and helping to make this another great event for the town.”
