LIVE music events are returning to The Pilot in Bowerhill with dates set for you to add to your diaries so you don’t miss out!
On Saturday 11th May from 9pm Blue Rose Band, hailing from the Wiltshire delta, between Calne, Devizes and Lacock, will take to the stage. The Blue Rose are a classic rhythm and blues three-piece playing covers from the likes of Aretha Franklin, Cream, Eric Clapton, CCR, The White Stripes and more!
On Saturday 25th May from 9pm, Big Mama’s Banned, from Frome, perform their huge range of music, that spans the years. They say, “Our newly rebranded band keeps going from strength to strength! Combining good music, with a mixture of comedic banter with the audiences, – thus setting us apart from other bands making it always a night to remember!”
On Saturday 8th June Scratchy Black Cat are welcomed to Bowerhill from 9pm. A five-piece acoustic group playing a mix of classic folky popular songs. including tracks from Mumford and Sons, Lumineers, Dubliners, Rod Stewart, KT Tunstall, Beatles, Monkeys, Status Quo, Avicii. An eclectic upbeat mix of well-known songs in their own folky style.
Other bands scheduled to perform later in the year includes 4-piece rock cover band Box of Frogs on Saturday 22nd June and semi-acoustic three-piece cover band People like US perform on Saturday 6th July.
All are welcome and entry is free.
