Town councillors have decided to involve the public in determining the need for CCTV in Melksham.
They say, “It’s really important that this is established one way or the other before a decision is made regarding whether and how to take a scheme forward.
“Members of the public are cordially invited to meet and advise members of the town council’s newly-established CCTV working group at an open meeting on Wednesday 18th March, 7pm, at Melksham Town Hall
“In proposing the establishment of this working group, the town mayor, councillor Jon Hubbard, was keen that the record reflected a note of thanks to Mr Colin Goodhind for his extensive prior work and advice on this subject.”
