STAFF from a Melksham business have swapped the boardroom for the bike as they took part in a 140-mile charity fundraiser which has so far raised over £10,000.
Nineteen members of staff from Old Mill, accountancy firm took part in a cycle challenge that saw them ride 140 miles between the company’s five offices in just 48 hours. The fundraiser was in aid of Piers Simon Appeal’s School in a Bag initiative – a charity that delivers rucksacks filled with stationery, learning resources and eating utensils to poor, orphan, vulnerable and disaster-affected children.
The fitness challenge has nearly raised £10,000. To show your support visit www.virginmoneygiving.com/team/oldmillofficecyclechallenge/
