Bowerhill Ladies Group will be holding their open evening on Tuesday 20th October at Bowerhill Village Hall at 7.45pm, when their speaker’s subject will be on astronomy.
The group says, “There will be a small charge of £2.50 for non-members which will also include a cup of tea/coffee and homemade cake. We have been meeting on the third Tuesday of every month at Bowerhill Village Hall for at least the last 20 years.
“Our activities include interesting speakers, demonstrators, theatre trips, a summer outing and a Christmas get together. Our programme for this year has included talks on “Wicked Wiltshire Women”, “The Secrets of Handwriting Revealed” and “My Spanish Adventure.” We have members from Seend, Semington and Melksham, not just Bowerhill, so if you would like to visit/join us please do.
