There are lots of amazing community groups in our constituency and around Wiltshire set up to help those who are self isolating or vulnerable and need help with getting food etc.
Please share this information with anyone you think may find it useful.

In addition you can use the government link to register or register someone else who has a medical condition which makes you/ them extremely vulnerable to Coronavirus.
