As part of the Melksham Dementia Action Alliance, a group has been formed to provide support and information to dementia friends champions in the Melksham and surrounding areas.
Diane Tandy said, “We meet at Blenheim House care home and the next meeting will be on Wednesday 10th October at 11.00am. The group meet over coffee to discuss the work we do as champions, share tips and leads for possible information sessions and give support to each other.
“The group also discuss ways forward to spread the message about the Dementia Friends information sessions and other activities to raise awareness.
“All local dementia friends champions are invited and we look forward to seeing you.”
