The March Afternoon Tea had an impressive turnout, almost everyone wearing green to welcome in the Spring.
Very many thanks to Whitehall Garden Centre in Lacock who kindly donated a wide range of delicious cakes which the group greatly enjoyed. Thank you to all who helped and to everyone who came along.
Maureen Weston, Team Helper and former Mayor of Melksham, is leaving to live in Highworth near her family. She was presented with flowers, chocolates and a card signed by all Afternoon Tea members.
Team Leader, Effie Gale-Sides said, “Maureen is cheerful, popular, dedicated and very hard working, and she will be hugely missed by everyone.”
