ATWORTH’s first ever scarecrow trail will take place next month – and organisers are planning a Disney theme.
Over the weekend of the 4th and 5th April, from 10am to 5pm, residents and visitors will be able to explore Atworth, in search of over 25 scarecrows that will be themed on Disney characters, including characters from Marvel and Star Wars films.
The event is being organised by owners of the White Hart pub, Nathan and Kirsty Cortilla. They say, “Maps will be available from the pub for £1. All money raised will go to The White Hart’s Community Fund.
“Parking available in the pub or industrial estate. Please do not park on the road, and be mindful of villagers’ properties while doing the trail.”
For more information please call the pub on 01225 702274, or email: info@whitehartatworth .co.uk
