British Honey Queen at Melksham Beekeepers Annual Honey Show

THE Melksham Beekeepers’ Annual Honey Show at Broughton Gifford Village Hall was held on Monday 30th September. 

There were over 100 entries ranging from photographs to lovely Mary Berry’s Honey Cake and of course a great selection of different honey to be judged. The judges for the evening were Chad and Ceri Cryer of Hill End Farm, Brinkworth, who have been keeping bees and producing honey for over 10 years.    They were very knowledgeable and entertaining judges and gave a chance for Ceri to let everyone know she was the World Honey Queen and is currently the British Honey Queen!
