VOLUNTEERS are needed to help monitor Melksham’s CCTV service in the town centre.
Deputy Town Clerk, Clare Harris said, “Do you want to live in a safe community, free from crime and anti-social behaviour? Can you spare a few hours a week? If so, we really want to hear from you. Volunteers are needed to help monitor Melksham’s state-of-the-art high definition CCTV service installed across the town centre. Full support and training will be given.”
“Melksham Town CCTV scheme manager, Colin Goodhind added, “I would like to thank those who responded to my previous appeal for CCTV monitoring volunteers and ask more people to consider getting involved.”
For more details on the scheme please talk to Colin on 07802 472929 or, if you would like an application form, just pop in to the Town Hall or give Clare a call on 01225 704187.
