Members of Somerset Care’s Wiltshire Community Services team in Melksham have signed up to take on the ‘Pretty Muddy 5k’ challenge for Cancer Research UK.
The challenge will take place in Bristol on Saturday 4th July.
The team, named ‘The Dirt Bags’, have set themselves a fundraising target of £500 and can’t wait to see their manager covered head to toe in mud. If you would like to sponsor the team please visit their JustGiving page: www.justgiving .com/dbags.
Speaking on their challenge, business manager Jenny Futcher said, “I’m pleased to be part of ‘The Dirt Bags’ and we’re really looking forward to this challenge and raising as much money as we can for this worthy cause.”
