FOREST Community Centre is holding several festive events over the coming weeks, where you can celebrate with friends and family and enjoy some festive entertainment.
On Sunday 17th December there is a Christmas Raffle Prize Draw from 12pm-4pm. Tickets are on sale now at the community centre, with the draw taking place at 2pm.
On Monday 18th December take the children along for a festive Children’s Christmas Party from 6.30pm-10pm. Entrance by ticket only, at £3 per child aged from toddlers to 14 years.
All children will receive food, drink and a present from Father Christmas. They will also enjoy a disco, party games and prizes. All children should be accompanied by an appropriate adult. For tickets please contact Edna on 01225 705378.
Feeling lucky this season? Eyes down for Christmas Bingo at 7.45pm on Wednesday 20th December. There will be mince pies, nibbles and a raffle! Everyone is welcome.
Bring the family along to the Community Centre for this year’s Family Christmas Party on Saturday 23rd December. Entertainment provided by Ady’s Dj & Karaoke and Victoria Bolley.
There will be a Christmas Quiz, party games, mince pies, mulled wine, cider and Christmas ales. It’s also free entry to start the festive celebrations!
Why stop the festivities on Christmas Day? Join the centre on Boxing Day for a skittles competition and quiz. The skittles will start at 3pm, with teams of 4, £1 per player to ente,r and will be followed by a general knowledge quiz. Free entry and no tickets required.
Finish the year off with a bang at the New Year’s Eve Party on Sunday 31st December at 7pm-2am. Tickets are priced at £2.50 each, under 15s free. There will be entertainment from Ady’s Dj & Karaoke. For tickets, please contact Vic Oakman on 01225 705378 or visit the centre for more details.
