PUPILS and teachers have embraced the magic of story-telling this month by dressing up as their favourite literary characters to celebrate World Book Day.
Classrooms across the Melksham area were filled with an array of imaginative costumes, from characters like Paddington to Willy Wonka.
The annual charity event helps promote reading among children and all children are provided with a voucher to be spent on books.
