Melksham children took part in an interactive theatre adventure during a half term show at the town’s library.
The Last Baguette brought its ‘Ratty’s Birthday Party’ performance to Melksham Library on Saturday 24th October as part of its Playtime series for two to six-year-olds.
The sold-out show combined live music, puppetry and movement.
Shirin from Melksham Library said, “During the performance, the children got ready for the party by putting on imaginary party clothes and hats. They then set off on an adventure into town, crossing a park filled with squirrels and running to catch the bus!
“It culminated in a lovely party for everyone, and because it was so participatory, it really kept all the children completely engaged and entertained for the whole hour.
“The atmosphere was incredibly welcoming, and the children were completely captivated and involved in every single bit of the performance.”
