THERE’S non-stop entertainment at Melksham Assembly Hall for the festive season.
Comedian Jethro comes to the Assembly Hall on Thursday 14th December with his sell-out ‘The Bull and Bonkers tour’.
A memorable evening of hysterical nonsense is promised, as the audience takes a peek into the circus lurking deep within the mind of probably one of the greatest comic storytellers ever to grace the stage.
Jethro beguiles and befuddles his audience with the endless stream of irreverent twaddle that has created a comedy genius.
Over 4 million DVD sales pay testament to the legion of fans who have followed Jethro faithfully throughout his career. Now, with stories old and new, Jethro appears live on stage in Melksham.
Tickets are £20 and the show starts at 7.30pm.
On Friday 15th December, the Assembly Hall is going back to the 80s for Christmas!
Everyone is invited to bring their best 80s fancy dress and dance moves to party the night away.

The Melksham Rock ‘n’ Roll Club return to the Assembly Hall on Saturday 16th December with a live performance from The Class of ‘58 and support from DJ Bo Duddley. The Coleman family are The Class of ’58 and are recognised as one of Europe’s premier and best loved 50s’ Rock & Roll and Doo Wop bands. Doors open at 7.30pm and tickets cost £10 each.
On Tuesday 19th December the Assembly Hall will host a festive production of pantomime ‘Jack & The Beanstalk’.
Daisy-Chain Productions produce and present this wonderful pantomime ‘Jack and the Beanstalk’ and bring their professional touring show to the community. Everything you want to see in a pantomime and more; beautiful costumes, set and scenery, an outrageous Dame, naive Jack and Jill and a captivating storyline to entertain all ages. Boo the baddies and cheer for the goodies and prepare for traditionally cheesy pantomime jokes.
There is a matinee performance at 4.00pm and an evening performance at 7.00pm. Tickets £10 adults, £5 under 15s.
