THERE’S an exciting line-up planned for the weeks ahead at Melksham’s Assembly Hall, with a new monthly table top sale, a night of mediumship, and a Jubilee celebration to remember.
On Tuesday 3rd May, from 10am to 4pm, the Assembly Hall is hosting a table top sale.
Organisers say, “Clothing, toys, books, records, bric-a-brac, you name it, you’ll find it at our table top sale, running the first Tuesday of every month at the hall. To book a table email: bruce.burry@melksham-tc.gov.uk; or call 01225 704187.”
On Friday 20th May, the hall will host an evening of mediumship with Nikki Kitt. Organisers say, “Returning to the hall for an astonishing evening of spiritualism and mediumship, Nikki Kitt is one of the UK’s leading psychic mediums. Nikki aims to provide evidence of the afterlife as well as give comfort and peace of mind to audience members through links to departed loved ones, which she does with incredible accuracy and detail.
“Giving a level of insight into personalities and personal information unmatched by most other mediums, Nikki will provide you with confirmation, solace and an evening not easily forgotten.”
On Thursday 26th May, Neil Sands returns to the Assembly Hall with his Happy and Glorious show, celebrating the Queen’s Jubilee. Organisers say, “Join Neil Sands when he returns to the Hall once again, this time to celebrate the Queen’s Platinum Jubilee. A heart-warming afternoon of patriotic nostalgia culminating in Neil’s trademark flag-waving tribute to the veterans of the armed forces.”
Also coming up in the months ahead is, Hometown Glory: A Tribute to Adele on Saturday 28th May; and Boogie Wonderland ‘70s & ‘80s Disco Night on Thursday 2nd June and The Royal (Silent) Disco on Saturday 4th June, which are both part of the town’s Jubilee celebrations.
