THE annual Melksham Community Seed Swap will be held on Saturday 7th March at the Town Hall, from 2pm.
The Community Seed Swap is an opportunity to bring in seeds, clearly labelled and saved in packets or envelopes, to swap with other keen gardeners.
Organisers say, “Please bring along any surplus or unwanted seeds to swap with others or place in the seed bank. Please label and date any that are not in their original packaging.
“Even if you don’t have seeds to swap, please join us for an afternoon of meeting other gardeners and chatting about all things green and growing. Teas, coffees and refreshments will be available.
“There’s no need to buy a ticket in advance, but a small entry fee (by donation) will be collected to support the cost of staging the event.”
