TWO businesses went head-to-head again this month in a football re-match in aid of Macmillan and Wiltshire Air Ambulance, with one company retaining their title.
Travis Perkins of Melksham and Knorr-Bremse took to the pitch again on Sunday 16th September to battle it out in what is heading towards an annual meeting. With Knorr-Bremse taking home the trophy last year, Travis Perkins of Melksham were eager to steal it.
However, after an entertaining 2-0 victory, Knorr-Bremse took home the trophy again. Altogether, the teams raised £1,772 for the two charities, with the possibility of matched fundraising increasing the final total.
