Are you interested in art and creativity? Would you like to meet other creative people?
If so, The Learning Curve in Melksham could have just what you are looking for.
The learning and guidance charity is looking for volunteers who have experience of mild to moderate mental wellbeing issues such as anxiety, low mood, sleeplessness and low self-esteem to help them as part of a national research project to evaluate the impact local community learning has on low level mental health issues.
Participants will be able to take part in a range of creative activities including creative writing, digital photography, scrapbooking and collage work whilst contributing to this valuable research.
Free five week courses will be running in Melksham and Trowbridge in February and March.
To find out more and to see if you are eligible contact The Learning Curve on 01225 792500 and ask to speak to James Ward or Brenda Harrison.
