Talk 2 – Posture – Why is good posture so important for you and how to achieve it. What has it got to do with the bladder and bowel?
Talk 3 – Bladder and Bowel – How does it all work? What to expect as we age. Exercises we can do.
Talk 4 – Gadgets and Gizmos – What’s out there to help and is it useful? Books and leaflets and charities for you to access for advice.
