IF you are in need of some Christmas cheer why not explore the Melksham Christmas Light Trail, which takes you on a tour of local homes that are decorated for the festive season.
An online map of homes participating in the trail has been created by local estate agents, Clare Richter at Keller Williams, so that people can explore the trail when it gets dark .
“We’ve got around 30 houses taking part,” said Clare, “including some whole roads like Sarum Avenue and Woodcombe, who are raising money for the Air Ambulance.
“Although access to the map is free, if people want to donate to the Melksham Christmas Lights it would be most appreciated.”
This is the second year that Clare at Keller Williams has organised the light trail.

The trail will be running until 2nd January with a prize for the best decorated house as voted for by the public.
