POLICE are appealing for witnesses after a farmyard in Whitley was robbed earlier this month.
Between Wednesday 8th June 9pm and Thursday 9th June 7am thieves gained entry onto a farmyard in West Hill, Whitley and stole an Ifor Williams trailer, several mowers and a strimmer.
The unknown suspects left leaving a gate open which housed horses. Police are keen to speak with anyone who may have seen a white Mitsubishi Warrior vehicle acting suspiciously in the area between 9-9:30pm.
Please be vigilant, pass the message onto friends and families who live in remote rural areas. If suspicious activity is observed call 101 or crime in progress ring 999.
