THE Benefice of Atworth with Shaw & Whitley is having a Christmas Fayre!
The fayre will be held in Shaw School Hall on Saturday 4th December from 10am until noon.
Church Warden of St Michael’s Church, Atworth, Lynne Spencer, says, “There will be craft, and cake stalls, raffles and lots of fun. Coffee and tea will of course be available.
“We would like parents and grandparents to know that we have invited Father Christmas and we are delighted to report that he has accepted the invitation and will be arriving at 11:30am. We are reliably informed that he will be bringing presents for all the children who attend.
“All money raised will be used for the upkeep of our wonderful Grade II listed churches.”
