LOCAL youth charity, 4Youth (South West) has launched the Youth Voice Project, an online questionnaire aimed at giving young people a voice in what opportunities they would like to see in the community.
The questionnaire is open to young people living in Melksham, Broughton Gifford, Great Hinton, Keevil, Semington and Steeple Ashton.
“We are hoping as many nine-to 19-year-olds as possible will complete the questionnaire, which can be accessed via the QR code,” says charity manager Jessica Hilsdon.
“As a thank you for taking part, all entries will be in with a chance to win a £30 voucher, with the winner announced via our social media once the questionnaire has closed. Anyone needing a printed copy can obtain this by emailing us at hello@4youth.org.uk
“The project is supported by Melksham Area Board which aims to bring together youth services across the town. Results from the survey will be shared with Melksham Area Board and other organisations, which will allow us here at 4Youth (South West) and others to ensure our work is meeting the needs of our young people.”
