Melksham Town Council awarded grants totalling in excess of £16,000 to 31 groups in the Melksham area at the inaugural Community Expo event.
Small grants of up to £500, large grants of up to £5,000 and grants for hiring rooms at the Assembly Hall and Town Hall were awarded. As representatives from each group received their award they explained a little about their group and expressed thanks for the much needed contributions.
