The Melksham based Business Growth Group (BGG) is celebrating passing over £810,000 of business between its members in the last year.
The group launched in February 2013 and meets every Friday at the King’s Arms in Melksham between 6.45pm-8.30pm. BGG was set up to support owner-managed businesses grow their sales pipeline.
The group explains that it works on a referral system and in the last year the group has passed £810,910 between members. “This is a real success story and shows the value of small businesses working in this way. In the last 12 months referral business has grown by over £40,000 and nine new members have been recruited, with there being 31 now in total.”
