Keep Britain Tidy’s Great British Spring Clean 2020 runs from 20th March to 13th April when everyone is encouraged to get involved in the country’s biggest mass action environmental campaign.
Bowerhill Residents Action Group (BRAG) say, “We will be hosting a clean-up in Bowerhill as part of this campaign. This clean-up will be held on Saturday 21st March when we will meet at Blenheim Park on the green opposite Tesco Express at 2pm, and all are welcome.
“BRAG has litter pickers that volunteers can borrow, and some bags, if they have not got their own. We ask that volunteers wear suitable clothing and footwear, and gloves are very useful. We will collect litter for an hour or so, but any time spent will be appreciated. We have made arrangements to dispose of litter collected, so hope many volunteers can join us.”
