THERE is still time to have your say about public toilet provision in the town centre.
In response to concerns about anti-social behaviour in the Market Place public toilets, Melksham Town Council and Melksham Without Parish Council are asking residents for their opinions about its opening times. Currently, the toilets are open from 6am to midnight, but it has been suggested that they close from 7pm, similar to other towns in the area, to reduce the unwanted behaviour.
The survey also asks residents a number of other questions, including asking for alternative ideas about how to manage antisocial behaviour in the toilets; and if additional public toilets should be opened in Melksham.
The survey is available online: https://bit.ly/3jilUOI
Paper copies are available at the Town Hall and the library. Melksham Without residents can also call the parish council for paper copies on 01225 705700.
