THE town’s historical association is calling for residents to share their memories of Forest & Sandridge CE Primary School that will turn 150 years old next September.
Melksham & District Historical Association are creating a publication to mark the 150th year of the school and are asking for the community to come forward with photographs and their memories.
Chair of the association Paul Carter said, “The deadline to submit your memories is by the end of the year. If people are available for a longer interview about their memories that would also be great. The book will hopefully be published with the help of Forest Friends, to raise funds for the school.”
