The April exhibition at the Art House Cafe consists of work by members of the Lacock Art Group.
The group was established in 1989 by a few locals who found a need to capture and paint many features of the ancient village of Lacock. From that date the group has grown in membership year on year. They are an enthusiastic, proactive group of artists with varying abilities and styles, working in various media.
Experienced members are available to help and advise the less experienced to develop their skills and progress further with their art. The group’s motto is “to inform, encourage and inspire all who want to create.” Why not visit the group’s website www.lacockartgroup.co .uk for full details of their activities.
The exhibition at the Art House Cafe continues until April 30th. There is a good selection of paintings of various sizes: fun and serious. If you are looking for a gift, redecorating a room, or just enjoy art, come along and have a look, while enjoying the lovely coffee and great cakes.
