THE White Hart at Atworth has a number of events lined up for the coming weeks, for all the community to get involved with.
This Friday, 12th October, the White Hart will be hosting its charity race night in the skittle alley.
All profits will be going to Churchfields Primary School PTA. Organisers say, “There will be eight races. You can also sponsor a race if you like at £5 per race. You can then choose the name of the race! £2.50 entry and £1 per bet.”
The fun starts at 7pm and runs until 11pm.
On Sunday 14th October, fantastic acoustic solo singer, Steve Robinson, takes to the stage with buckets of experience and talent.
Playing a unique selection of covers, from the Beatles to Bob Marley, his versatility means that he can also perform requests, just ask! One thing’s for sure you’ll have a seriously fun afternoon out with a good time guaranteed for all ages.
Steve will be performing from 4pm to 7pm.
For the White Hart’s Halloween party on Friday 26th October, four-piece band, Plan of Action will be entertaining the ghouls of Atworth.
Formed from the great band El-Nino, Plan of Action play alternative, rock and indie music. Organisers say, “The band are making their debut appearance with us, you aren’t going to want to miss this one. Plus it’s Halloween! Fancy dress is encouraged!”
The party starts at 9pm and finishes at 11.30pm.
