WHITLEY artist Marianne Donahoe will be welcoming visitors to her new studio in the village as part of the North Wiltshire Peacock Arts Trail.
She creates stunning silver jewellery, charms and even dog tags! Marianne is also offering reasonably priced workshops for people to create their own unique pendant or earrings.
“The Peacock Trail is a great local event celebrating and supporting the creative community of North West Wiltshire” said Melksham resident and Peacock Trail publicity officer, Rachael Holtom.
“I’m looking forward to seeing all sorts of arts and crafts; chatting with makers about their inspirations and techniques; discovering intriguing studios; visiting exhibitions of local art groups and children’s art; browsing for Christmas gifts and maybe having a go at making something myself. There is so much to do, I might have to force myself to sampling some homemade cake to keep my energy up!”
