The popular ‘Peacock Arts Trail’ will be returning to showcase the talent of local artists in October. Organisers are inviting local artists and craftspeople to participate and registration is open until Sunday 31st March.
The open studios event is based in Corsham and includes Melksham, Beanacre, Holt, Atworth, Broughton Gifford, Holt, Shaw and Whitley.
“Taking part in an arts trail offers creatives an enjoyable way to promote and sell their work to a very engaged audience” said Victoria Jarman of the Peacock team.
“It can be a leap of faith opening your studio for the first time, but so many find it worthwhile and enjoyable. If artists fancy dipping their toes in, they can join up with another artist, or there are limited spaces in some of the shared community venues.”
