THE next fortnightly recital of the autumn season at the Rachel Fowler Centre will be on Thursday 24th November and will feature a vocal quartet.
The vocal quartet are known as Conchordia and are a group of friends who love singing. Mainly inspired by ‘Songs from the Shows’ they promise a lunchtime of fun and entertainment.
An organiser said, “Our last recital of the season will be on Thursday the 8th of December when we can relax and enjoy the superb voice of soprano, Kathy Adams.
“The recitals all begin at 12.30pm and last about 45 minutes. Light refreshments are available from noon. There is no charge, but donations towards the expenses of the Rachel Fowler Centre are always welcomed.”
