THE spring season of fortnightly recitals at the Rachel Fowler Centre kicks off on Thursday 16th Feb. with well known folk duo, Carmen and Phil on fiddle and guitar.
Audiences can be assured of a very lively and entertaining concert. The recitals begin at 12.30pm and last about 45 minutes. Light refreshments are available from noon.
