Melksham’s ‘Macapello’ community choir will be singing at the Bristol Choir Convention at St George’s Bristol on Saturday 7th February.
The choir will perform ‘Hazy Shade of Winter’ and a Wiltshire folk song ‘The Labouring Man’ alongside their sister choir the ‘Shepton Mallet A Cappella Choir’. The convention sees community choirs from all over the South West joining together to learn new songs en mass and then showcase a couple of their favourite songs.
This is Macapello’s third appearance at the convention and members are looking forward to taking part again. www.macapel lo.co.uk
